The foundation inspection passed without a hitch. Dawn called the bank, they got all the paperwork they needed, and the money for the first draw was in our account by midnight Friday.
We met Rusty the builder and gave him the check, making this one of the largest checks we have ever written.
We are going to try and head out today and see what the masonry looks like. Rusty says they will start framing the first floor this week if the weather doesn't turn bad (again).
