Doors and moisture

We had not heard from Rusty yet about the water, so Dawn texted him again. He said he was getting someone from the company we bought the doors (and windows) from to come out. He thought it was a problem with caulk. Worst case, the doors would be replaced. Dawn reiterated that it was the double doors from the living room as well as the one from the dressing room.

As for the moisture, I talked to a guy at work. He doesn't buy it, but we have to trust Rusty. The HVAC is still waiting. We found out that HVAC has to wait on Duke Energy to come out and hook up service to the house panels (as opposed to the temporary service). They have a 2-week backlog, and Rusty talked to them last week. This means the permanent service should be hooked up next week. Why in the world Rusty did not tell us that until this morning is a little frustrating.

I am afraid to ask if we are still on schedule for the end of the month. Seeing how much has been done in the last 2-weeks leaves me little confidence that the next 2-weeks will be filled with sunrise-to-sunset working. I will be out of town next week for work so will not have a chance to drop in. Hopefully we will see a lot of progress next weekend. By that point, we will be a week away from the end of the month...
